Guess who’s back

Guess who’s back. After seeing Rob and Evren start up their blogs again, I decided to follow their initiative. I don’t mind not being the first to come back; I was the last to leave.

I think a change is called for in this blog. Although it had already been happening for a while, I think I will focus mostly onĀ  “Media”, as we call it, or Cinematography, Photography, Animation and tons of other subjects in the general field. I am doing this since right now, I’m thinking of going to Dawson in Cinema/Communications (Cinecom). Unlike 85% of people taking that program, I will be going in with experience and probably going outside the curriculum. One of my more extravagant ideas was taken from both the movie “Goodbye Lenin” and that guy that filmed Spirit Day at our school: I was thinking I could maybe start myself a little business filming events and editing the movies into something.

But that is somehow irrelevant. I intend to write movie reviews, talk about equipment, software, people, events, and, of course, once in a while talk about totally irrelevant/funny things.

As has become also a sobre tradition, I will cover school shootings when possible, not because I like covering that stuff but because it touches me very much and I strive to understand.

So welcome back, readers! First post coming up soon!
